Located at one of the most beautiful venues in Cape Town, the spa at the Camps Bay Retreat, is surrounded by trees, foliage, bird life and fertile scenery. Offset by the depth of the lush valley beneath it, the spa is perched on a verge, with views that capture the essence of a relaxing wellness experience. The centre boasts two indoor treatment rooms, a double outdoor treatment room, a manicure station, sauna and a shower for use before and after treatments. There is a sparkling blue solar heated pool situated at the spa, as well as a tranquil mountain pool just a short walk away. Guests are welcome to enjoy lunch at the original manor house, during their day of pampering. Yoga is practiced, down in the rambling gardens and with the serenity of the mountain pool, meditative moments are waiting to be had.
