The management of Camps Bay Retreat is committed to providing 5* services and facilities to all our guests. We value all guest feedback and take our guest comments very serious. We are constantly monitoring independant online review and social media platforms and would like to address some of the more common concerns and questions relating to past guest experiences.
| Guest comment: Only thing we missed out on were the hotel dogs which were advertised on the website but had gone on holiday during our stay Recommendation: Being on guard 24 hrs, can be tiring at times. Even Ben, Blondie, Jess, Wanda and Bella enjoy the odd summer holiday to re-charge their batteries. |
| Guest comment: I did not realize we had to walk over a hanging bridge to get to our room. Recommendation: Having the hanging bridge, has been introduced as a unique feature to the reserve, the bridge joins the Deck House, Villas and Earls Dyke Manor. We do recommend confirming location of your room upon making your booking. |
